Seek the Pearl

Let him who seeks continue to seek until he finds.
When he finds, he will become astonished.
When he becomes astonished, he will be king.
And when he becomes king he will find rest.

The Attitude of Jesus

Who being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made Himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death, even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him a Name above every name, that every knee should bow in heaven and on earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father!

Religious People

  1. Religious people love recognition and the praise and attention of people
  2. Religious people substitute religious ritual for the love of God
  3. Religious people elevate secondary issues over the love for God
  4. Religious people elevate religious ritual over the love for others
  5. Religious people are more aware of the sins of others than their own
  6. Religious people always think others are talking about other people’s sins and not their own
